Many people are thinking that animals don’t have know of what love is,  and that animals are simply driven by instincts. The photos here do prove exactly the opposite. In fact, millions of people were touched after seeing these photos. I read that the photographer sold these captures for a nominal fee to the most famous newspaper in France. And that all copies of that edition were sold out on the day these pictures were published.

On this one is the hurt female sparrow. Her condition is critical, as was hit by a car as she swooped low across the road.

Her male partner came checking on her – worried and filled with compassion…

He came back with some food for her but found her dead. He even tried to move her off the road, which is a very rarely-seen effort for swallows…

And when the cruel truth gets into him, that his beloved is never going to fly with him again – he cries from a broken heart…

He kept crying and asking God to give her back to him, while standing beside her…

And while the cold hard truth gets into him – that she’s gone forever, and that no cries, nor prayers will make her alive – he
stood beside her body with sadness and sorrow.

When someone you know is asking if everything is OK with you – the very first question crossing my mind is: “Does it show that much how stressed I am?”. Stress is good, however – too much of stress is definitely bad for us and is making us sick. It is one of these days when I am inclined to post a totally useless rant. It’s about how much I dissagree with the quote of Earl Nightingale: “We will receive not what we idly wish for but what we justly earn. Our rewards will always be in exact proportion to our service.”

In regards to the above quote – it doesn’t really work this way since life is not fair. And probably in another time, or dimention, and in a place where things are perfect we will receive what we justly earn…
