There is so much to tell about the ordeal the 5 Bulgarian nurses and the Palestinian medic have endured while imprisoned in Libya for 8 years, however, Libya kept denying that they were tortured. Today I read on Al Jazeera that Kadaffi’s son has admitted that the nurses and medic were indeed tortured. This is such a shame, and it is more than scandalous that something of the kind is still happening these days, as well that they continue to deny that what was declared in interviews by the Palestinian medic is not correct. While I love traveling, and would like to visit and travel around the entire world, I would think several times before booking a trip to a country like Libya, or accept a job offer there.
