Hi Tom,
I absolutely agree with your comment, but you have to understand that
animals are way less in the eyes of most humans, be they hunters or not…
So, if the Germans did what you described it will lead to another useless war
that will outrage everyone (haven’t they done this already with the Jews?) -
which is not the case obviously when animals are involved – and isn’t this sad and
terrible at the same time? Of course it is.

More people should be made aware of this kind of happenings all around
the world – think Japan among others slaughtering the same animals yearly.
And this should be stopped – think of the European parlament to begin with.
Denmark is part of the EU, so they could be stopped and should be stopped.

Shame on them anyway.

As to the hunting of animals in the UK and other countries – the chances that it
will be stopped are very, very small indeed.

This kind of stuff really makes me angry and sad all at the same time. I was getting so angry at the idea of all those people just standing around watching a mass slaughter of innocence and thinking nothing of it. I cannot help wondering how those Danish would feel if say their German neighbours decided that for boys to prove “maturity” they had to go slaughter a load of Danish youngster in a very public “ceremony”.

What is it with men and having to prove they are MEN? There is nothing big or mature about cold blooded murder. Sure, killing something that cannot fight back really proves you are big strong boy now. Why do the Danish boys not just fight each other and the winner can get a big star that reads, “I is a Big Boy Now”.

The fact this is Europe does not surprise me because look at how the English and Scottish go about slaughtering deer and foxes for the sheer fun of it – even the royal family does it. Let us not forget the Spanish and their bullfighting. Europe is a nasty little place under the surface of their constant bleatings of fairplay, human rights, democracy etc., but this only applies to European humans! We humans are the most backward creatures on the planet.
