Starting on new road, a new place to be…
Finally, and after so many quasi attempts – I am starting with my Doctoral degree in Philosophy. This will take obviously most of my time, and it will be difficult to increase the post number on this and other blogs of mine. The same goes for my photography time, but life is so short, and, before you know it, you are middle aged, and not there yet… And, than what if you don’t follow your dreams? And what if life continues as it was until now? Not a big deal, right?

Every time you settle for less than you wanted to achieve while you were on the start of your career and life, you are doing yourself a not-favor big time. What has a Doctoral degree to do with happiness you might ask. And you are right, the Ph.D. will not bring you happiness, but it will give you another achievement, and it will increase your self-worth more than you can imagine before you have it. My reasons for it are plenty as I am considering change of careers when I have this degree.

I can related to this sooooo much. I found that only when I achieved purpose by way of discovering something I truly believe in and becoming passionate about sharing it did I find the happiness that was there all along.

I need nothing for self worth certainly not a doctoral degree…in fact i doubt you are getting one you should be working on your thesis instead of a blog…it is another achievement?…thats all fine I”ve gotten every achievement on call of duty and halo three and do you know how that made me feel afterwards?…bored
but back to subject…why are you so happy…it obviously takes alot of intelligence to get your doctorate in anything and if you had an ounce of it (which i know that you do) then you would be as disheartened as i am with the state of humanity…i know it hasnt changed much in the last ten thousand years but its still a cause for concern…
so tell me why you always wish everyone a happy weekend…when you know your words have no effect on the outcome of that…why not just play the numbers, go with something specific, and say “I wish you a million dollars into your bank account” and maybe one day that will happen and youll be the modern day nostradamus
but enough mean from me…if i do have a good weekend ill be sure to post back and proclaim you hossana in the highest and crown you our times sooth-sayer

Too bad to see so much negativity from an individual, Bryson. Nothing wrong with being happy and wishing others well. I may not effect the outcome, but I wish you well on your new venture nonetheless.

Always do whatever makes you happy – you should never feel like working or doing something just for the sake of doing it- life is one – and so do good to yourself and love yourself more then anything else…
