Hungry Mother, Bob, 101 stuffs and Karen – thank you all so much for your valuable comments. I appreciate your views and sharig these with me so much. I am also sorry for not having visited your blogs and left comments lately, but as you know I am not at home, and the Internet connection where I presently am is with a phoneline and very slow, and it gets expensive when I forget about it :S But, I’ll try visiting this week for sure. You know, I was born with a visual handicap. For 40 years I thought this made me a less valid person. I was always worried abuot what people might think of me being somewhat different. Until I discovered that actually, nobody really cares …nobody ever “cried over it” And this insight has changed my life so dramatically that I have now realized that what I thought was my weakness is actually my biggest strength and value. The essence of what you write in this post is one of the most empowering insights in personal growth!
